Farm accounts that every partner can follow
Farms run on seasons. Costs come first and sales come months later. Sharaketna lets partners record both and see the result for each season.

The usual problem
Farm partnerships often include relatives, a landowner, and someone who manages the work. Costs are spread over many months and many small payments.
- Seed, fertiliser, and pesticide bills scattered across the season
- Daily labour paid in cash and rarely written down
- Harvest sold to several traders at different prices
- No clear profit per season to divide
How Sharaketna helps
- A sheet per season or crop
- Categories for inputs, labour, water and fuel, transport, and sales
- Voice entry for quick notes in the field
- Each owner's share of the season's profit
- A trend report to compare seasons
A typical set-up
| Revenue categories | Expense categories |
|---|---|
| Harvest sales | Seeds and seedlings |
| Livestock sales | Fertiliser and pesticides |

Questions and answers
Can I use one sheet per season?
Yes. Create a sheet for each season or crop, add the costs as they happen, and add the harvest sales when they come in.
One partner owns the land and another works it. Does that fit?
Yes. Record each partner as an Owner with the profit share you agreed, such as 50% for the land and 50% for the work and inputs.
Can a farm supervisor add expenses from the field?
Yes. Add the supervisor as a Worker. They can type, speak, or photograph a receipt on their phone's browser.
