Short answer: chat and paper are fine for agreeing on things. They are a poor way to keep accounts, because nothing adds up by itself and records get lost. Sharaketna keeps the numbers; WhatsApp can stay for the conversation.

Questions and answers
Can we keep using WhatsApp to talk?
Of course. Keep chatting in WhatsApp and record the money in Sharaketna. Many partners send the Sharaketna link in their group when a sheet is ready for review.
Our partner prefers paper. What can we do?
Another partner or a Worker can enter the notebook's totals in the app, and the paper-loving partner can be added by name as a nominal owner.
